The butler team was attentive, discreet, and always one step ahead, ensuring every request was handled effortlessly. Every staff member made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. We stayed in a 3-bedroom corner suite on the 22nd floor. Although we had already heard on social media about the spaciousness and extraordinary luxury of the hotel, seeing it in person was still absolutely breathtaking and overwhelming to the senses. The butler service was outstanding. Thank you to TOMAS and Gaurav for taking such great care of us today, and special thanks to the handsome butler who helped us fix the jacuzzi yesterday (I’m sorry I forgot his name). Jumeirah Burj Al Arab truly deserves its reputation as the world’s most luxurious hotel. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience — and you will absolutely not regret it.

The view from the Skyview Bar is absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset, truly magical. Watching the sun set over Jumeirah Palm from such an iconic venue makes the experience even more special. The cocktails were excellent, beautifully presented and perfectly crafted. The service was attentive and professional. The hotel’s architecture is simply spectacular and unique, a true symbol of Dubai’s elegance and luxury. A very special experience with an extraordinary view. Reservation for the Skyview Bar is mandatory!

Burj al Arab is an iconic place for lots of years. It’s famous for an amazing service from the first second. I’ve been in Burj al Arab lots of times before , but today I’ve bring my mom and daughter. And they both loved it! From the first second, as soon as car door was opened I’ve received exceptional service. Big big greetings and big thanks to Achol. He is a real gentleman and showed a big gesture of attention to my child and gifted her a teddy bear 🧸. He put her in an amazing mood! This huge , tall, 2 meters man has a big heart and doing his job perfectly! Also, service in Sal is 100000/10 I was impressed by Diyorbek and his attention to us. He knows how to do a small talk with guests and was very attentive to the smallest details. Restaurant made a complementary dessert for us, it was very very cute. Thanks to all team for an amazing experience

We booked a cabana for the day. The food and service were all good. No complaints. One big negative. Blaring high tempo music which was so loud we could even concrete to read a book. Unfortunately our cabana was right next to the loud speaker. We asked for the volume to be lowered which it was but then it surreptitiously crept up again. Only after the second time was if turned down . Advice to the hotel. Maybe consider quieter zones or keep the music to a more tolerable level for all guests.
