Falcon Helitours delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. Their team was highly professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail I requested while planning a wedding proposal at their helipad, especially impressive given that everything was coordinated remotely. Upon arrival, the team was welcoming and organized, ensuring that every aspect of the setup was executed exactly as planned. They were flexible and accommodating with my requests, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The pilot was outstanding, professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. He provided an enjoyable and informative tour over Dubai, pointing out major landmarks with clear explanations. Most importantly, he executed the approach to the proposal banner at the helipad in a perfect was, which made the moment truly unforgettable. Also their Airbus helicopters are absolutely beautiful! I want to also thank their photographer Ms Adet and her team for the incredible work she did capturing and editing our proposal. The video turned out truly amazing, every moment was portrayed so beautifully and emotionally, and it genuinely brought everything back to life for us. She clearly put a great deal of effort, care, and attention into every detail. Falcon Helitours exceeded my expectations in every way. An amazing experience overall and definitely something worth doing. Everything is well planned, the flight itself is fantastic, and the views are absolutely stunning. Even the 17-minute flight is worth it—you really get to see the city from a completely different perspective. That said, there are a few downsides. The waiting area is small and uncomfortable, and unfortunately the toilets were not clean. It’s also disappointing that you’re not allowed to bring a gimbal, even though it wouldn’t interfere with the flight, and that you can’t choose your seat in the helicopter. You’re asked to arrive one hour in advance, which feels unnecessary. In reality, 15 minutes would be more than enough, and the long waiting time adds little value. Getting there on foot is also quite difficult, so plan transport in advance. I bought the ticket through TwoContinents, and everything on their side was smooth and professional. Despite the logistical issues, the flight itself is truly unforgettable, and I’d still recommend it—at least once.

I’ve been in the UAE for over 20 years and this was my first time experiencing helicopter tour. I highly recommend to book it here, not only for the ride but the staff here are so accommodating and friendly. I’d like to thank Dave, Cherry, King and Mickey for giving us great service in the center. Also thanking Captain Robi Ansari for keeping us safe up in the skies and offered us an amazing experience! I would definitely recommend this to those who really want to see Dubai from above! It’s worth it!

Falcon Helitours – OMG, this was one of the most amazing experiences of my life! Seeing Dubai from the sky was just unbelievable. Me n my love , which made it even more special and memorable. From the helicopter, I could see everything—from Burj Khalifa to the Museum of the Future and so many other iconic places. The views were absolutely breathtaking. It truly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

We did the epic tour. Awesome experience to see Dubai from above. You really get to see the magnitude of what been built here! Very well run operation. On time, new beautiful helicopter, and the staff was awesome. Especially Cherry! Definitely recommend!
