Attraction & Tour Tickets

Most attraction and tour tickets (Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future, desert safari, private tours) are non-refundable once confirmed, because we pay our suppliers immediately at the time of booking. If you have an emergency, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll try to help where we can, but a full refund is not guaranteed.

Yacht & Car Rentals, and Multi-Day Packages

Cancel 48 hours or more before the booking Full refund, no deduction

Cancel between 24 and 48 hours before 20% of the amount is deducted

Even on a late cancellation, we try to recover any portion we can from the supplier and pass it back to you if possible, but this isn't guaranteed.

How to Cancel or Change a Booking

All cancellations and changes are handled directly via WhatsApp at +971501526113. The cancellation time is counted from when we receive your message, not when you send it.
