I had a great time at Jungle Bay Waterpark! The park is clean, family-friendly, and has a variety of fun slides and pools suitable for both kids and adults. The staff were helpful and attentive, and the atmosphere felt safe and enjoyable. It’s a perfect place to spend a fun day with family or friends. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refreshing and exciting waterpark experience in Dubai!

Great experience and service at the waterpark. The place is lovely and my kids had so much fun. My daughter had her birthday with her friends and it was amazing. Oswald and Mahesh were super helpful and they took care of everything. Thank you for the amazing service we will definitely be returning to this lovely place again.

Jungle Bay has completely won us over and we are already planning our second visit!! 😂 Went last weekend with the whole family and honestly from start to finish it was just such a fun day. The slides are so good the bigger ones gave me proper butterflies which I was not expecting at all 😅 The jungle theme makes the whole park feel really different from other waterparks in Dubai, there's a lot of thought gone into the whole experience. The kids refused to leave at the end of the day which honestly says it all. The value for money is really good too compared to some of the bigger parks in the city. Already have plans to go back next month and bringing even more people this time. If you haven't been to Jungle Bay yet just book it, you will have the best time!!

I had planned to spend my son’s birthday a week in advance and called to double-check ticket reservations for waterpark. The manager informed me that they weren’t reserving during Eid and only accepted walk-ins. I had already reserved a table at the restaurant within the hotel. However, a 1 day before the party (today), my friend accidentally discovered that the hotel wouldn’t allow any external guests to access the waterpark, only hotel guests. I called the waterpark again and was told that it was now exclusively for hotel guests with no exceptions. This irresponsible decision nearly ruined my son’s birthday.

The wait was not that much maybe 2-3 minutes but some slides their water was very dirty and some was kinda dirty but for this water park it was very fun as a family
