We were an Indian family visiting Ski Dubai again after twenty years. My daughter was just two when she first visited. They have successfully maintained the same amount of fun and quality as it was when first opened. Staff is courteous, lots of fun things to do inside. We visited in May last week on a weekday when there was very low crowds and were able to do almost all rides twice. They give you suits and gloves and shoes. There a food court inside and vegetarians can have shakes, Nachos, pancakes, fries. We loved the Penguins. Absolutely recommended for fun family bonding time.

Ski Dubai offers a truly unique experience in the heart of the desert. The indoor slopes are well-maintained, with real snow and a variety of activities suitable for all ages and skill levels. From skiing and snowboarding to interacting with penguins, every moment feels exciting and memorable. The staff are friendly, organized, and always ready to assist, making the visit smooth and enjoyable. It’s an excellent escape from the heat and a must-visit attraction for both residents and tourists in Dubai.

Ski Dubai was honestly such an amazing experience ❄️ From the moment we walked in, everything was well organized and super fun. The highlight for me was definitely the penguin show 🐧 it was unique, entertaining, and something you don’t get to see every day. There’s also a great variety of activities and games, so you never feel bored. Whether you’re there to ski, play in the snow, or just enjoy the atmosphere, there’s something for everyone. Overall, it’s 100% worth the visit and I’d definitely go again!

Ski Dubai is an amazing experience and one of the best attractions in Dubai. The snow activities are well organized, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities are clean and well maintained. It's a perfect place to enjoy with family and friends, especially if you want to escape the heat and experience real snow. Highly recommended for both tourists and residents!

Amazing winter vibes – just skip the extras if you’re not into rides Went to Ski Dubai in Mall of the Emirates this Eid holidays and it was honestly such a cool break from Dubai heat. The moment you walk in, you’re in a proper winter wonderland – real snow, freezing air, and slopes you can actually ski down. If you love snow play, building snowmen, and just hanging out in the snow park, you’ll have a blast. The staff are super helpful, gear is included, and the place is clean and well organized. My tip: If you’re not into rides, just get the regular Snow Classic pass. I made the mistake of looking at Snow Plus/Premium thinking “more is better.” But if you don’t care for tubing, zorb balls, bumper cars, or the Mountain Thriller, you’re paying extra for stuff you won’t use. Snow Classic gives you full access to the snow park, the play areas, and the vibe for way less. You can still take photos, and enjoy the snow. The rides are fun if you’re with kids or adrenaline junkies, but for adults who just want a chill snowy escape, Classic is perfect. Saves you money and you won’t feel like you’re rushing between attractions. Overall 9/10 experience. Go early on weekdays if you want it less crowded. And bring a few layers under the suit – it’s proper cold in there! Would I go again? Absolutely. But next time it’s Snow Classic all the way.
