How we collect, use and protect your information
When you use the contact form, the custom trip request form, or the "Send My Trip to WhatsApp" button, we collect: your name, phone number, email address (if provided), and the details of your trip or enquiry. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we only collect your email address. No payment details or card information are ever collected through this website.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote or trip plan, and personally confirm your booking with you on WhatsApp. We do not sell or rent your data to any third party for marketing purposes.
We use the Google Places API to source real attraction ratings, photos and search suggestions. We use WhatsApp to confirm bookings - any message you send via WhatsApp is subject to Meta's WhatsApp privacy policy. Our Google API key runs on our server only and never reaches your browser directly.
Your "My Trip" list is stored locally in your browser only (localStorage) - it is not sent to our server until you tap "Send My Trip to WhatsApp". We use simple cookies to remember your chosen language and currency.
We also use Google Analytics and the Facebook/Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and measure our advertising effectiveness. Both of these set tracking cookies in your browser.
